나유타 카페 —
나유타카페는 2011년 도쿄 코엔지에서 출발했습니다.
2014년 부산시 금정구 장전동 장성시장에 이전하여 지금까지 운영하고 있습니다.
요일마다 다른 쉐프가 그날의 메뉴를 준비합니다.
나유타 카페가 시작된 계기는 3가지입니다.
첫 번째는 채식 요리에 대한 편견을 부수고 싶었습니다.
두 번째는 부산에 비건 문화를 만들고 이 사회를 조금이라도 나아지는 방향으로 바꿔 갈 계기가 되는 공간을 만들고 싶었습니다.
마지막으로 당시 엄격한 비건인은 정말 먹을 곳이 없기에 비건인을 위한 식당이 더 필요하다고 생각을 해서 나유타 카페를 열게 되었습니다.
